I created NR Technology & Security to provide the kind of support I believe small organisations genuinely need: clear advice, personal accountability and practical help implementing improvements, rather than simply receiving a technical report describing the problems.
My background combines technology leadership with hands-on responsibility for business systems, cloud services, user support, cyber security and digital improvement.
I have worked closely with people who are not technology specialists, helping them understand what needs to change and making those changes manageable.
My practical experience includes Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint design and migration, account and device security, multi-factor authentication, access management, user guidance and Cyber Essentials preparation.
